This is a sedative tea that packs a punch.  Derived from the strongest herbal sedatives in existence. The tea has been tested over and over to get the precise interaction amongst the herbs.

Directions - fill mug of water, heat till boiling.  Add 1-2 Teaspoons of KOT.  Simmer for 15 min, stirring. Filter over a mug.  Drink in comfortable setting, try it without any sweeteners first, as this really tastes fantastic, then mellow out!
